About Us
When school stops, we step in
Since 2017, Smile Help Age Foundation has worked with adolescent girls who left school after 10th or 12th grade often due to family circumstance, finances, or early marriage pressure. What started as a handful of girls learning mehandi in a single room has grown into a full training centre running four courses year-round.
Through hands-on training in sewing, beauty & parlour services, mehandi design and art & craft, we've helped over a thousand girls build a practical skill they can use to earn, support their families, and stand on their own — all rooted in the same three words that have anchored our work since day one: care, dignity and compassion.

Eight Years, One Room to a Full Centre
Founded with a single mehandi class for a handful of local girls.

What We Teach
Our Courses
Vocational training designed to turn a paused education into a working skill.
Beauty Parlour (Complete Course)
Full training in skincare, haircare, bridal & party makeup, threading, waxing and basic salon hygiene. Covers everything from client handling to setting up a home-based parlour, giving girls the confidence to start earning right after the course.
Mehandi Designs Training
Traditional Rajasthani and Arabic patterns, modern minimalist designs, cone making, and full bridal mehandi application from start to finish. One of the highest-demand skills around weddings and festivals, offering steady seasonal and freelance income.
Sewing Training
Hand and machine stitching, basic garment construction, alterations, and simple tailoring for everyday wear. A foundational, always in demand skill girls can use for household tailoring work or to start a small stitching business of their own.
Art & Craft Training
Hands-on sessions making festive décor, handmade gifting items and small saleable craft products using low-cost materials. Designed so girls can run home based craft businesses or sell through local markets and festivals.
